Indoor Riding Arena Hire - 20m x 60m

All riders MUST adere to the following Terms & Conditions

• Hire of the arena is at the hirer’s risk. Buxtons Equine do not accept liability for injury, damage or loss suffered by spectators, participants, instructors, their horses, friends, vehicles or property however caused and under any circumstances, except in the circumstance of proven negligence.
• Payment for hire required before use.
• Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to make a prompt start in the arena.
• Do not run over your time slot. If you go over your booked time slot you may be charged.
• Do not warm up in any other area.
• Hard hats and body protectors to be worn at all times and must reach current safety standards.
• Please ensure that you poo pick the arena and parking area before you leave.
• Please clear any poo before your session ends. Do not keep the next riders waiting.
• The cameras are live. If there is any poo left by the previous rider, please inform us immediately so that we can contact the culprit.
• CCTV is in operation and fines will be issued if the arena isn’t poo picked.
• Any equipment that was used is to be put away, or left how it was when arrived.
• Hirers responsibility to have correct insurance cover.
• No loose schooling or lunging allowed in the arena.
• Take home all litter/rubbish.
• Under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Dogs to be kept on leads at all times and both horses and dogs must be supervised at all times and not left tied up unsupervised.
• Hirer must come with someone else or have emergency contact details accessible to others.
• Keep gates shut at all times.
• All relevant health and safety policies must be adhered to and Buxtons Equine reserves the right to halt any action deemed to be unsafe or against policies.
• Riding is not permitted outside of the designated areas.
• Ride away from the mirrors. Any damage caused will have to be paid for.
• Please report any breakages.
• Anyone taking payment in return for instructing, offering advice or help (instructors) MUST have valid insurance.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they exercise their horses within their capabilities and fitness levels for them and their horse.
• First aid cover will not be supplied by Buxtons Equine.
• Always leave the jumps as they have been set up.
• Return poles to the jump stands, do not leave on the floor.
• Pass other on the left hand side.
